It may have taken her forever to come to terms with answering questions about her weight loss surgery, but she chatted about it with another post-op on her Court TV show yesterday. She told the guest, a lightweight OH member, that she had a "bone to pick with her" because she didn't "follow-up" with her mental health after surgery.

Not only that, because mental issues are just so much part of being FAT, not everybody can get that kind of care post-op, even if it's necessary, insurance reasons aside, (look what happens to girls with reactive hypoglycemia who go to a shrink?! Hello, Bi-Polar?! Uhh?) some of us just don't know what we are in for. WLS is touted as curing Life. It doesn't. It exacerbates Life. If you can't deal with Life, WLS is not for you!
