I haven't been writing my food or documenting crashes lately - but today I caught myself in the start of a huge one, I am sure, so here goes.
Breakfast:
- 1 bite ISS Oh Yeah Bar (the big nutty one, made me instantly nauseous today, gave up.)
- 1 vegetarian sausage patty (40 calories)
- 1 bite light multigrain english muffin, plain (25 calories)
Lunch 11:45am:
- 1 child's hamburger from Wendy's (220 calories, 25 carbs) Of course I shouldn't have had this - but - nearly the most harmless thing on the menu, and I was hungry. I paid for this 220 calorie indiscretion with... a low blood sugar at 1:45pm. I was trembling, and felt like I would break out into a cold sweat at any point. I was pacing and organizing a pile of mail (which was my clue that I should test!) 70 mg. But, considering how poorly I was feeling ALREADY at that high-low, I ate 13 grams of sugar, and...followed up with...
Snack 1:45pm:
- 1 slice flax bread + cheese (150 calories)
