- Snack - Green salad, grated romano cheese, Walden Farms Zero Carb Dressing
- Lunch - Vegan Thai Peanut Jerky
- Snack - MM's Banana Berry Good Protein Shake (I just used what I had on hand. It's yummy.)
- 1 scoop low sugar vanilla protein
- 1/3 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup organic frozen berries (blackberries, strawberries, raspberries)
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 2 ounces unsweetened soy milk
- 2 ounces water
- Dinner - A few bites of tomato and cannelini beans, out of my daughters' dish, they were offending her.
- Later, after my walk, Another Shake Trial. This is a "clean eating" type shake:
- Soy Berry Natural Shake.
- 3 TBSP Genisoy Unsweetened Soy Protein Powder (Zero Sugar, Zero Carbs)
- 1/2 cup organic frozen berries
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 4 ounces unsweetened soy milk
- 2 ounces water
- Your choice of sweetener (I used Splenda and Stevia.)
- I poked flax oil gelcaps into it, and some Fibersure.
- Bed - Microwave Egg Sandwich + Pills. I HATE THE PILLS, it's official, I was just starting to feel human, and they're making me feel like Paula Abdul.
Exercise
- 1 hour walk, on the treadmill.
