First off - some WICKED GOOD NEWS!! CLICK IS IN COSTCO!!
"We are currently working with the Northern California
region and our very first pallet was delivered to Fresno CA.
Just like you saw us at the OH conference, we have to sample the heck out
of CLICK (which for me I love cause I get to meet the people). I expect
we will spend most of next year with No
Cal. starting to CLICK into So. Cal. Once we get
CA down we will start CLICKing with the other regions.
More CLICK news! We also just developed a partnership with Fit Foods out of Canada (Whey Gourmet). Fit Foods has exclusive rights to distribute CLICK to 50+ countries throughout the world – CLICK is global.
Sounds big but as YOU know we are still an up and coming entrepreneurial company full of gratitude for all the support people like you have given us."
To celebrate - A Peppermint Mocha Click Recipe and another giveaway!
- 1 or 2 scoops Click Espresso Protein (Two scoops gives you 15 grams protein)
- 4 ounces of your choice of milk (Approximately one gram of protein per ounce, adding four to five, gives you a 20 gram protein shake.)
- 8 ounces ice or water
- 1/2 ounce to 1 ounce Peppermint or or Creme De Menthe Sugar Free Flavor Syrup (DaVinci or Torani)
I prefer to make this in the Big Blender, because I am an Old Skool Big Blended Shake Girl, and it tastes so naughty. You can OMIT the ice entirely and make it in a BLENDER BOTTLE, also! :)
- Optional: Teeny Squirt of Whipped Cream + Sprinkle of Unsweetened Ghiradelli Cocoa when you're feeling dessert-y.
- I also like to add MORE chocolate flavor to my shakes, because I am a choco-holic. I add additional Ghiradelli powder in to my protein shakes, it adds juuuust a few calories and a huge amount of taste.
- If the taste is a bit off because I've gone crazy with chocolate, a slight bit of sweetener works. I am currently using a natural sweetener that is super sweet.
So, do you want some Click in a Peppermint Mocha Basket? Contest time!
What is your favorite WLS friendly - NOT JELLO or COOL WHIP BASED *wink* - holiday-season recipe?
Show me. I'm making you WORK this time. I want a photo post or a video, with a recipe. Photo details OR a quick video showing me how to make what you love. Do it. Go.
Entries accepted until December 7th, 2008.

It contains:

Hot Spinach Dip (What? It's WLS friendly... the chips or crackers? Well... at your own risk. ;))
1 8 oz. pkg. reduced fat cream cheese, softened
1 10oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 can artichoke hearts, chopped (NOT marinated ones)
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese (not the powder kind)
1/4 t. crushed red pepper flakes
1/8 t. garlic powder
1/4 t. salt
Boil spinach and artichokes in one cup water for about 10 minutes on stove. Remove from heat and DRAIN WELL!!!! In small bowl soften cream cheese and add in parmesan cheese and seasonings. Stir well and then combine spinach and artichoke mix. Mix well and serve warm with tortilla chips or wheat thin crackers.

I'll pimp out your contest on my blog in lieu of an "entry", or you I could lay claim to the pumpkin bread, since I actually made it. LOL
Seriously, when's the deadline? I'm headed to Alabama for the rest of the week. :(
Still pissed they're sending you to CA again, and Houston couldn't have you guys once! :(

btw, you saw my last video with the cake fail right? Uh...I don't think you want MORE video of me and my cooking abilities! HAHAHA!
My favorite is the Unjury Pumpking Protein Pudding
Ingredients
1 Package (1.4 oz) Sugar-Free Vanilla Jell-O Instant Pudding Mix *
3/4 Cup water
2 scoops Vanilla UNJURY®
2 tbsp canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
1/2-1 tsp teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Measure 3/4 cup cold water (package directions calls for 2 cups milk)
Add two scoops of Vanilla UNJURY to the 3/4 cup of water
Mix thoroughly the dry UNJURY in water by shaking or stirring
Next, follow pudding package directions.
Empty the Jell-O Sugar Free Instant (Not Cooked) Dry Pudding Mix into a bowl.
Add pumpkin pie spice to dry pudding mix
Blend spice and dry pudding mix thoroughly with a fork
Pour in the previously-mixed UNJURY-and-water.
Add 2 tbsp canned pumpkin
Stir/Beat until thoroughly mixed (a wire whisk or mixer works best)
(That's how they say to do it. I'd add a 1 1/2 cups of milk (or soy milk) and 2 scoops vanilla protein powder together with the pumpkin pie spices in BLENDER or mixer, then toss in the 1/4 cup canned pumpkin THEN add sugar free CHEESECAKE pudding jello mix to blender and mix well, then pour into four to five 1/2 cup containers, and top with 2 nilla wafers, then let chill....nilla wafers can be added last minute whole or crushed so they don't get mushy.

http://luvsexytrstno1.blogspot.com/2008/12/healthy-berry-tart.html
I wanted to get a photo of Lilith eating some (I am not above using my daughter cuteness to pimp a product!) but husband ate it! I didn't get a chance to get another photo after the two I took right before I cut into it then it seemed like I went to work and came home and it was gone, seriously!
healthy berry tart
start with a premade low fat gram cracker crust
16 oz fat free cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup splenda for baking
2 tsps vanilla
4 cups mixed berries
mix the vanilla, cream cheese and splenda together and spoon into the pie crust then top with the mixed berries. Chill in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to set and then serve.
