Weight - WTF knows. Not weighing, it causes too much distress. See a higher number? Go have a snack. Not the way I like to work it.
- 6am - Espresso and plain soy milk
- Breakfast - 1/3 cold leftover quesadilla from Moe's (250 calories)
- Lunch - Plate'o'green salad with Walden Farms BBQ (50 calories)
- Snack - Atkins Brownie Bar (150) + a few bites lentil soup (Not mine, but it smelled good. Oops.) Cheese crackers
- Dinner- Boars' Head ham slices, mustard
- Bed - Graham crackers and brain drugz. Woo hoo.
